About Pearl Talent

Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. Our clients have raised over $5B in aggregate and are backed by companies like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund. They’re looking for the sharpest, hungriest candidates who they can consistently promote and work with over many years. Candidates we’ve hired have been flown out to the US and EU to work with their clients, and even promoted to roles that match folks onshore in the US.

Why Work with Us?

We mean what we say that we’re building a different recruiting company here. We only work with exceptional founders from the US and EU who care about the long-term success of their team members. We also provide you with attainable 3, 6, 9, 12 month, and beyond retention bonuses in addition to community oriented opportunities like an annual retreat.

Purpose of Your Role

We're looking for someone who can take our lead generation from 1 to 100 — given that we've scaled our marketing efforts from 0 to 1 but need someone who can scale our org exponentially. The ideal hire will iterate on our current initiatives, increase our consistent lead acquisition channels, refine our CaC, and implement strategies to reach 3x net new clients signed on a monthly basis. You should be a pro at both organic and paid marketing and are able to build scalable systems while driving results immediately.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies that drive consistent lead generation and brand authority.
  • Manage multiple moving pieces and projects by owning the full marketing funnel, including organic and paid acquisition, content strategy, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts, optimizing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Scale organic and paid grassroot campaigns through the constant experimentation, execution, and iteration of business development models
  • Take ownership of monitoring and reviewing marketing initiatives and operations, including messaging frameworks, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization to extract insights and boost overall business performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and refine marketing playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and campaign structures.
  • Conducting 1:1s with each marketing team member to build, train, and manage their execution with precision and agility.
  • Cross-functionally collaborating with Sales:
    • Align marketing strategies with sales targets to ensure consistent lead generation and positioning.
    • Support sales teams by providing data-driven insights and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate on lead qualification criteria and messaging strategies.

  • Cross-functionally collaborating with Recruitment:
    • Develop employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.
    • Support recruitment efforts by optimizing candidate sourcing through marketing channels.

  • Cross-functionally collaborating with Success:
    • Use client feedback and insights to refine marketing approaches.
    • Coordinate on client case studies and success stories for marketing collateral.
