Muscle Wolves Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in handling customer queries professionally across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Maintain and update customer records in Excel and company databases.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Work Fom Home
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent email writing and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
