As a Digital Marketing Executive at Dots-lab, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Your goal will be to create innovative campaigns that showcase our brand's unique value proposition and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), and content marketing.

2. Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and ad copy.

3. Manage and optimize our website for SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

4. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

4. Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms.

4. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
