Responsibilities

• Write clear and persuasive property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
• Create engaging blog posts and articles related to real estate trends, tips, and community insights.
• Develop captivating content for advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Edit and proofread all written content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to the brand voice.
• Research industry-related topics to stay updated with current trends and to generate content ideas.
• Engage with the audience on social media platforms through creative writing and compelling posts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and online content strategy.
