Purpose
We are looking for a Brand Design Lead experienced to lead, guide and grow our team of Brand Designers. This person will be responsible for ensuring our visual identity is consistent, compelling, and aligned with Kueski's core values across all touchpoints. Key Responsabilities:
Supervise and ensure the correct implementation of the brand's visual identity, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all channels (marketing, product, internal and external communication).Define and maintain quality standards in design, guaranteeing that all pieces comply with the company's visual and strategic guidelines.Implement and optimize workflows with generative AI, using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, among others, to enhance creativity and efficiency.Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI and marketing teams, ensuring consistency in the visual experience in each interaction with the brand.Lead and guide the design and animation teams, providing structured feedback and helping to constantly improve the quality of work.Work in multiple formats and platforms, ensuring efficient and high-quality adaptations for digital, physical and audiovisual media.Stay up to date on design trends, animation and AI tools, incorporating innovation without losing focus on the brand's visual identity.Foster a collaborative environment where designers feel inspired to innovate and push creative boundaries.Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in artisanal design and attention to detail.Regularly evaluate and update guidelines to maintain relevance in the market.Provide design direction and support on high priority projects, ensuring the outcome aligns with strategic objectives.Drive alignment between creative vision and business objectives, ensuring designs are not just stagnant ethical but also effective.Be the go-to expert for best design practices, providing practical advice and criticism to help the team refine their work.Encourage innovation and creative problem solving while maintaining a high standard of quality.Join the construction of a positive, inclusive and inspiring team culture.Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in art direction within advertising agencies, design studios or in-house, with a portfolio of work that shows their work and impact.Advanced proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, 3D tools.Proven experience in generative artificial intelligence applied to design and animation (advanced use of AI in asset generation, workflow optimization, experimentation with new tools).Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and visually align touchpoints between marketing, product, and other key teams.Ability to articulate visual concepts and give clear direction to designers and animators, ensuring high-level executions.Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to balance quality and delivery times on multiple projects simultaneously.Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, composition and other design fundamentals.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing the team's talent.More than 3 years of experience leading and managing design teams, with a proven track record of mentoring and team development.Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts to creative and non-creative stakeholders.
