About you

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Manager (initially 8 hours per week) to support our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will ideally have worked for the NHS or selling to NHS, have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities include telephone follow-up of email campaigns, managing deals data in Brevo, and developing sales strategies besides the telephone follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the NHS.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
