About the Role:

Are you passionate about products that save lives? Join our Safety Product team as a Product Manager to drive intelligent safety solutions for physical operations. We're looking for candidates with strong engineering or top-tier consulting/business school experience who uphold high quality standards, communicate effectively, innovate boldly, and prioritize customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the product life cycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring our safety features meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Engage with our customers to understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions that maximize the impact of Motive's Safety products.
  • Work closely with top-tier engineers, product managers, R&D, and other stakeholders to build a deep knowledge base and document learnings.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to craft compelling and intuitive user experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Partner with business leaders to formulate and execute strategies, vision, and product roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Actively contribute to an amazing work culture that values high performance, growth, and camaraderie.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills, ideally with top-tier experience and/or education in engineering.
  • High empathy for customers, with a passion for understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Experience engaging senior leadership at customer organizations and a strong client service orientation. E.g. B2B founders with sales responsibility, MBB+ consultants.
  • Data-driven mindset, regularly using hard data and metrics to support decisions.
  • Willingness to engage and be highly responsive to product inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams.
