About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile, innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can produce impactful visuals across a variety of platforms—from social media ads to web graphics. The ideal candidate is not only highly creative but also technically skilled, with a passion for rapid, iterative design that supports A/B testing and data-informed decisions. You will be directly responsible for designing campaigns which test various messages and creative formats in coordination with product marketing, brand marketing and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising & Social Media Creative: Design engaging, on-brand ads and visuals for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Website Graphics & Maintenance: Create, update, and optimize graphics and visual elements for our website. Experience with WordPress and familiarity with creating and updating templates is a plus.
- Desktop Publishing: Design polished, high-quality presentation decks, infographics, and document templates for internal and external use.
- Video Editing & Animation: Edit and produce videos for social media, ads, and website content. Create animations in various formats, including HTML5, to enhance our digital marketing assets.
- Interactive Product Demonstrations: Update product explainer videos, interactive product walkthroughs and live software demo communities
- Iterative Design: Work closely with the team to develop designs that align with our A/B testing strategy. Be ready to make fast updates and adjustments based on performance data and testing outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Canva: Strong familiarity and ability to quickly produce on-brand content.
- Filmora: Proficient in editing and producing high-quality video content.
- WordPress: Familiarity with WordPress, including template design and updates.

- Design Skills:
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing.
- Experience in desktop publishing for presentation decks, infographics, and other marketing collateral in various formats including MS365 Word, Powerpoint, Excel Teams and Google Workplace docs, slides, sheets, google drive
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to translate marketing goals into impactful visual content.
- Speed & Agility: Works well in a fast-paced environment with an ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Quick to iterate and adjust based on performance data.
- Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with A/B testing and a keen interest in learning from data to improve design performance.
