Role

We’re looking for an experienced and revenue-driven Product Manager with a strong digital marketing background and expertise in lead generation and affiliate marketing. You will play a key role in shaping, building, and optimising high-performing web products that maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a suite of Investoo Group’s web products, from financial trading signals, news publications, and broker reviews. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept and design to development, launch, and continuous revenue optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the product roadmap and work closely with our teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Use data and user insights to define and launch new features that enhance user experience and drive monetisation.
  • Develop revenue-generating product strategies, presenting compelling business cases to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with content, SEO, news, and commercial teams to align messaging, target audiences, and revenue-focused strategies.
  • Take projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output at every stage with a strong focus on conversion and revenue growth.
  • Own the USP and vision for each product, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and user needs.
  • Own and optimize reporting processes to clearly demonstrate actions, outcomes, and ROI on all product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and their impact on revenue, including acquisition (SEO), conversion optimization (CRO), retention (CRM), and social/email marketing.
  • Proven experience in conversion-driven web product development, with a focus on UX/UI optimization, responsive web design, and scalable monetization strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of revenue models (e.g. CPA, FTD, Revshare, etc.), with the ability to drive revenue growth through data-driven product decisions and strategic execution.
  • Experience in financial, trading, and cryptocurrency industries with a deep understanding of user engagement on digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and organic marketing, with an emphasis on driving traffic and monetization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana to maintain clear visibility and communication across teams.
  • Affiliate marketing experience is beneficial but not essential—we’re open to candidates who can pick this up quickly.
