Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local government purchasing, procurement, and inventory management. This role involves analyzing business needs, optimizing system functionality, and ensuring that Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions align with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Module, providing system enhancements and troubleshooting support.
- Analyze and document business processes related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain management in a local government environment.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system configurations.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new functionalities.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track inventory performance and procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations regarding inventory control and purchasing.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a local government setting.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Module, including configurations, reporting, and integrations.
- Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and inventory management best practices.
- Experience with public sector financial and procurement regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or Oracle Analytics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory or Procurement certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) is a plus.
