Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution.Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently.Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision.Participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations and processes, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance team performance.Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved sales performance.⭐ What makes you a great fit?
Previous experience in sales is preferred. Experience as an SDR is not mandatory, but having 1 year of SDR experience is advantageous.Excellent spoken and written English, Spanish and French are essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence.A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
