Our client is dynamically developing outsourcing and recruitment agency that covers whole Poland. The company specializes in recruiting personnel for various industries, such as manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, trade and clothing-manufacturing industry. The agency partners with companies such as Polarica, PanelSerwis, KBT, Piast, Electrical Components International, Erum.
Responsibilities:
-Make cold calls and conduct online/ stationary meetings with potential clients
-Report commercial activities in CRM and sales pipeline
-Create commercial offers, terms of reference for the recruitment department and the sales department;
-Search and define the needs of potential customers;
-Establish contacts with potential customers and conducting negotiations;
-Perform other tasks assigned by the management
-Business trips are possible
Requirements
-Experience in sales and/or business development
-Experience in selling HR services would be an asset
