Job Summary: Rackspace is a hiring a SAP Business Analyst IV. In this role be part of an important and growing team. You’ll be a subject matter expert to both your clients and the team in SAP Financial Modules. You’ll be directly working with our clients and be responsible for both rolling out new SAP features and resolving complex technical issues.
Work Location: US Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Apply in-depth knowledge of the following SAP modules Finance, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting, AR, AP, and Banking/Cash applications. Customize and implement appropriate applications/solutions for clients. Analyze client needs and participate in design of business process requirements.Translate business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications. Responsible for both rolling out new SAP features and resolving complex technical issues. Test, document, and train client personnel on functional/business applications software.Adhere to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or a related field required, master’s degree preferred. Additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement at a rate of 3 years of experience for 1 year of education.Minimum of 7 years of relatable experience. Must have experience resolving complex technical issues within the following SAP Modules Finance, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting, AR, AP, and Banking/Cash applications.Must have SAP ERP ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
