About the Role
Attentive’s Strategic Programs team is looking for a dynamic Associate Project Manager with a strategic mindset to help accelerate the rollout of our most innovative products and solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive the successful launch, adoption, and optimization of new products. You will play a key role in refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and scale, ensuring seamless execution.
This role offers the opportunity to impact one or multiple high-impact projects, including our latest AI innovations. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, product, and design to define go-to-market strategies and ensure our newest innovations drive meaningful results for our customers.
What You'll Accomplish
Onboard customers to Attentive’s newest products and solutions by working with our product leads to formulate and launch a GTM strategy, and growing a strong customer adoption and performanceProject manage product implementations that may involve a number of stakeholders & multiple work streams to ensure success.Develop and implement solutions to complex customer problems using the Attentive suite of toolsSupport Product Leads and Sr. Project Managers with launches while learning project management and technical solution best practicesCollaborate closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success team to deliver the ideal customer onboarding experienceCollaborate closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success team to deliver the ideal customer onboarding experienceTranslate customer feedback into specific product requirementsWork cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to inform the product strategy and roll out best practices for using Attentive’s newest innovationsYour Expertise
1+ years of experience supporting customer's in a technical nature (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, etc.) requiredExperience with an ESP, CDP, etc. is strongly preferredStrong background in project management and navigating complex tech stacksComfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools)Creativity in expanding product rollouts and vision for a product roadmapPassion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our customersThrive in a fast paced, innovative work environmentExtremely detail oriented and organizedPassionate about personally bringing innovative products to market
