Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and guide a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of agency experience managing a digital marketing team and in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and more. You will be responsible for developing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds client goals.
What you will do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team delivers quality results.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met using Asana or other project management tools.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with the team across various platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Analyze client needs and create customized marketing plans that align with their goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content, design, and campaign goals.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase client visibility.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across content creation, technical optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn prospecting strategies to identify, engage, and nurture potential leads.
- Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to track and manage leads effectively.
- Optimize and maintain Google My Business (GMB) profiles to enhance local SEO and visibility.
- Monitor reviews and ensure timely responses to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Use Asana to manage tasks, track project progress, and ensure team efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing ad creatives, email templates, and marketing materials.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency, content creation, and audience targeting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience managing a digital marketing team with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding client goals.
- Expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, including strategy, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience creating and managing email marketing and drip campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google My Business management and optimization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM and lead management.
- Proficiency in Asana for project management and Canva for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience scaling digital marketing strategies for small to mid-sized businesses.
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation and personalization.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimization.
