Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and establishing a strong brand presence across various digital platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute design projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the creative authority for SuperStaff, driving brand consistency while fostering innovative design solutions.
- Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for web, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing, sales, HR, and administrative teams with visually compelling design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines for the company.
- Design and animate motion graphics tailored for social media and digital platforms.
- Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all project phases, ensuring a cohesive and effective brand message.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design output and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video creation/editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
