Your fluency in Flemish will enable you to provide exceptional support, helping customers with order placements, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Flemish regarding food delivery services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking delivery status.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Stay informed about menu updates, promotions, and service areas to provide accurate information.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with food delivery applications and customer service tools is a plus.
