Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is in search of a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Home Appliances Department. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers who have questions or issues related to our wide range of home appliances. Your fluency in Flemish will enable you to assist customers in troubleshooting their devices, providing product information, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Flemish related to home appliance products.
- Provide guidance on product features, installation, and troubleshooting processes.
- Work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex product queries.
- Stay updated on the latest product information and promotional offers to assist customers effectively.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the home appliance or electronics sector, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Able to troubleshoot technical problems and provide clear solutions.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
