• Conceptualize and deliver features that fit our customers needs
• While being the go to android expert in your team you also work on other projects and environments
• Become an expert in your product domain
• Work closely with the hardware and cloud platform teams
• Keep a pulse on cutting-edge Android technologies and software engineering practices
• Assist in road map planning, estimation, scheduling, and hiring
• Report to and closely work with our CTO

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• Minimum 5 years of in depth software engineering experience
• You are versatile in multiple programming languages and environments and are excited at the prospect of learning new ones.
• Strong Android native development skills using the latest tech stack (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, …)
• Experience shipping multiple mobile Apps in B2B environment
• Exceptional communication, and cross discipline collaboration
• Solid experience in at least one other environment, s. “Great to have”
• Strong sense for user experience
• Solid understanding on different API formats and data storage technologies
• Given only high level requirements, able to plan and work autonomously while staying strongly aligned with your team

• Experience working with IoT devices
• Experience with native iOS development and cross platform frameworks
• Skills with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with server less AWS technologies and IaC (Terraform)
• You have working knowledge using the django ecosystem
• Frontend skills using HTMX
