Senior Product Manager - Defence

Job Description

A day in the life of this role will have you playing a master game with our product against attackers attempting to bypass our security. You will define, measure and track metrics to reduce false negatives (bots undetected) and false positives (incorrect detection). You will be working with world class engineers and researchers to offer customers the ultimate prize: long term efficacy against attacks on their web/mobile applications and APIs.


What you will be doing;
  • Define the product strategy for improving core detection, defence technology and tooling
  • Gain a deep understanding of adversaries and what is required to defeat them
  • Employ a customer centric mindset to understand needs, their problems and priorities
  • Go deep! Define problem statements and feature requirements with clarity, then drive the solution
  • Work closely with the rest of the product team to ensure tight coordination of detection and defence initiatives that impact product goals
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver fantastic improvements
  • Make difficult priority and trade-off decisions to ensure successful launches
  • Evangelise improvements internally and externally to ensure users benefit from these

  • Understand web technologies like HTTP, networking, browsers, javascript, etc
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a fast-growing software company
  • Experience prioritising opportunities, defining features, and launching capabilities that meet the needs of customers and the business
  • Comfortable working with data analytics, inferential statistics
