What will I be doing?
Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for Core Services - FinanceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partnersCollaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systemsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmapsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learningContinuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making
What skills do I need?
At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domainsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a teamStrong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functionsAbility to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.Fluent english and spanish are requiredProven track record of developing and launching successful productsProven ability to find opportunities for improvements in business processes and drive the delivery of innovative solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentLocated in Argentina, Brazil, Spain or Uruguay
