Job Description

Maintain Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Solution Architect to lead and design comprehensive payroll solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and a strategic approach to implement efficient payroll processes that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of payroll projects, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Conduct assessments of existing payroll processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll capabilities, features, and configuration options.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and testing efforts to guarantee system readiness for go-live.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure they are well-equipped to use the payroll solution.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation, addressing user issues and optimizing system performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Payroll solutions architecture and implementation.  
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, processes, and compliance requirements across various regions.  
  • Proven experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.  
  • Strong background in project management, with experience leading SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll scenarios.  
  • Superior communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.  
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, and testing methodologies in SAP environments.  
  • SAP certification in SuccessFactors Payroll or related HR solutions is highly desirable.
