Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. Your primary responsibilities will include answering questions about destinations, booking procedures, and package details, as well as providing support for changes and cancellations. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to online travel and tour packages.
- Assist customers with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
