Your tasks will include addressing questions about product availability, helping with order placements, managing returns, and offering style advice. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German for fashion-related inquiries and requests.
- Assist customers in navigating the online shopping platform and making informed purchase decisions.
- Handle queries regarding order statuses, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution is reached.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to enhance customer interaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Log customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A keen interest in fashion trends and the ability to provide style advice.
- Proficient with customer service software or tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
