Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to online retail.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and tracking deliveries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Participate in training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the online retail sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
