Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish regarding ride-sharing services.
- Provide assistance with app functionalities, account issues, and payment inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and relay feedback to improve the service.
- Document and track customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service.
- Collaborate with various teams to address technical issues and operational challenges.
- Stay informed about new features, promotions, and transportation regulations.
- Foster a positive community among users through effective communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in apps or transportation services, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills alongside a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer practical solutions swiftly.
- Familiarity with customer service software and mobile applications.
