Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. In this important role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their automotive insurance policies and claims processing. Your fluency in German will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, providing them with the necessary support and guidance throughout their insurance journey. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding automotive insurance policies and claims.
• Guide customers through the claims process, explaining procedures and required documentation.
• Assist customers in understanding their insurance coverage and policy details.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and other departments to ensure timely claims processing.
• Stay updated on automotive insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the insurance or automotive sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with claims processing and insurance terminology is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
