Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding home appliances.
• Provide detailed product information, help with service options, and clarify warranty details.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with technical support and logistics teams to address customer needs.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, features, and ongoing promotions.
• Collect and report customer feedback to aid in service improvements and product enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in a technical or home appliance context, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
