Job Description
The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and retain customers, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty and reducing churn through targeted marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement retention marketing campaigns that target existing customers to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving retention strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and initiatives that foster customer loyalty.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Experiment with A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retention marketing or customer engagement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
