Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to help drive revenue growth and build meaningful relationships with prospective customers in the senior care space. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals—while delivering a consultative, customer-first experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is excited about helping mission-driven organizations adopt technology that improves how they operate. Experience in software or technology sales is a plus, and familiarity with CRM tools (especially HubSpot) is strongly preferred. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity for growth as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, qualify leads, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Present and demonstrate the value of our platform, creating compelling proposals that address the specific needs of each prospect
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and deepen long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to align on customer needs and inform product development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or software solutions
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and influence decision-makers
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Benefits
- Salary of $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience
- Target bonus of $40,000 - $60,000
