[Job- 20980] Back Office (Java) Developer, Colombia

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Squad Leader to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals. The Squad Leader will play a key role in achieving our organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery.

-Understand the client's business problems and pain points;

-Write high-quality software code;

-Perform code reviews;

-Help solve business problems;

-Work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model;

-Mentor and empower the team, coaching successors;

-Deep communication in English, participate in meetings and review and write technical documents in English.

- Advanced English communication

- Proven experience of over +4 years in Java, springboot, snowflakes, rest API

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.

- Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders.

- Comfortability with owning team's production release management requirements.

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Experience with project management tools and Agile data development practices.
