We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in GoLang to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable APIs, web servers, and distributed systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of various services.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support multiple applications.
  • Build efficient, scalable, and reliable web servers.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and familiarity with event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in GoLang and writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch).
  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with full-text search engines like Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with streaming systems or messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Helm charts or similar tools for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Understanding of multiple transport layer protocols.
