Admirals is a multi-licensed FinTech company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with an international team of over 350 employees across 18 countries. We are expanding our investment, trading, and educational offerings through a comprehensive marketing strategy, crafted and executed by a skilled team of professionals. To strengthen that team, Admirals is seeking a Lead PPC Manager for Google.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists: This includes setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment;
  • Manage, and refine digital advertising campaigns predominantly on Google Search, while also leveraging other related Google platforms;
  • Develop intricate models of ad buying on Google across different international markets, including the UK, LatAM, and the Levant/MENA to foster the growth of specific verticals and enhance our market presence;
  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROMI and LTV;
  • Govern advertising budgets with a readiness to manage substantial funds;
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing pages;
  • Conduct competitor and target audience analysis to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Launch and optimise various Google campaigns: Universal App Campaigns, Display, Performance Max, Search, Demand Gen and Video)
  • Experience working with DV360
  • Experience using web analytics tools and conversion tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
  • Experience working with analytical systems Power BI
  • Experience with various ad formats (search, display, video, etc.)
  • Understanding of targeting algorithms and Google Ads auction
  • Skill in effectively managing budget and time
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets
