- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
- Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
