Job Description

What We Do Care Access is a unique, multi-specialty network of research sites which operates as one connected team of physician investigators, nurse coordinators, and operations managers. By removing this bottleneck, Care Access is helping accelerate the approval and delivery of critical and life-saving therapies.

Who We Are We care. Our people are the engines behind our mission: to revolutionize access to clinical trials for the benefit of patients everywhere. We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations

Position Overview
Our organization seeks a highly driven, organized, and analytical Technical Project Manager II (TPM II) to help our teams fulfill their goals by managing the identification, planning, design, build, roll out and support of technology and/or process solutions, including those relating to lab information technologies. These solutions will benefit specific functional teams within the Delivery organization or outside (e.g., Data Engineering, Marketing, IT, Recruiting, Quality, etc.).

This role would include administration, planning, design, management, and monitoring of projects and solutions used in-house at Care. The position will require strong analytical skills, ability to lead efforts with data-driven approaches, and experience with Cloud technologies, particularly lab information management systems (LIMS) or other similar GxP-compliant systems. It will also require stakeholder management skills and experience managing external staff or vendors.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who can gain a deep understanding of the processes requiring systems and solution support. From there, the successful practitioner will be able to develop a plan to build systems, involve key stakeholders, orchestrate systems build effort, and ensure that performance of team members involved lead to the success of effort, including managing vendors and external parties.

They create a methodically defined backlog of requirements and translate them into detail specifications as they are elicited from various stakeholders. The TPM II prioritizes the backlog for implementation as new features roll out and leads conversations around improvements in both technical and layman terms.

The TPM II’s role does not end at feature roll out, however; they continue supporting users to respond to and resolve questions and issues relating to systems managed by the Program Management team.

Our TPM II comes with a solution-driven mindset and can look at the full picture of our business process with embedded systems and process complexities. They are also able to dive in and make micro changes and suggestions as necessary, cognizant of the regulations and industry guidelines and restrictions. This role will require managing systems and applications.
