Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Architect to join our Partner Engineering team as an individual contributor. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the GSP & MSSP Partner Engineering Director, in which you'll be responsible for:

  • You will provide technical leadership, influence, and guidance to our partner community with a focus on the managed service offerings and service provider relationships.
  • You will assist partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler, leveraging enablement, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation.
  • You will work in collaboration with both Zscaler field teams and partners on joint account engagement.
  • You will educate our partners through our training classes and materials, architecture workshops, and other awareness activities with an emphasis on the outcomes those activities can drive.
  • You will work with the GSI, GSP, MSSP, and Velocity team members on global strategies with these strategic partners.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • You will have more than 10 years experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architecture/design/implementation experience
  • You will have a deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and Internet fundamentals
  • You can guide the technical relationship between Zscaler and partners and make recommendations on security, cost, performance and reliability using Zscaler products
  • Experience building technical champions that influence partner direction and positive outcomes that drive growth in both resale and services delivery
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% with most of the required travel in the Americas with Global travel potentially involved a few times per year

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Background in large scale MDM deployment leveraging security agents on an endpoint
  • Experience automating with Python/APIs or other programming skills
