[Job-20840] QA Lead

Your mission:

You will be responsible for ensuring and leading the QA processes which will also be followed by other QA Engineers that will be working on different value streams in order to guarantee a great quality delivery of custom applications, contributing to the adoption of modern agile software development practices. 

Our expectation is that you can bring your experience and passion in Agile Software Development, your understanding and willingness to learn the best way to improve the quality of the team’s deliverables, and, above all, your care in guaranteeing amazing experiences for millions of users. 

You will also bring your good communication skills in English so that you will be able to report and articulate quality issues, actions and their progress to our client's leadership and stakeholders.

 

We are looking for someone who has experience with:

Establishing and leading QA processes and best practices. 

Automation testing using E2E frameworks such as Cypress.

Automation testing using jUnit.

Writing automated test plans and test cases.

Bug Management (Tracking version, Bug Status, Correction Priority).

Familiar with the test pyramid (test layers/levels).

Knowledge of design patterns, and best practices.

Knowledge/Experience working in a mature CI/CD environment.

Knowledge/Experience with code versioning tools.

Understanding of Agile and knowledge of task management tools.

Advanced oral and written communication skills in English. 

Leading other QA Engineers working on different squads.

Reporting and Analysis of quality KPIs as well as identification of actions for continuous improvement.
