As a Salesforce Architect / Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will lead the development and integration of Salesforce multi-cloud environments while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to translate business needs into robust Salesforce solutions, and hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce strategy, mentor developers, and ensure best practices in architecture and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring efficiency in data modeling, automation, and integrations.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce security, RBAC, data governance, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce) and integration strategies.
  • Implement API-driven solutions and integrations using MuleSoft, Workato, or custom middleware.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, GitHub, or Jenkins for automated deployments.
  • Guide teams in Salesforce multi-cloud implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
  • Conduct code reviews, architectural assessments, and mentorship for development teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce performance, workflows, and user experience to enhance system functionality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platform.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (must-have).
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with API-led integrations, middleware solutions, and external system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce security, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance best practices.
  • Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployments using Salesforce DX, Copado, GitHub, or Jenkins.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide development teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
