For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - ClearCalc, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will join a fast-moving, innovative team focused on developing cutting-edge software to improve cancer care worldwide. You will work with a team of experts to create automated and standardized radiation oncology solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of coding and software development, from analysis and design to coding and testing. This position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing the efficiency of cancer treatment planning systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET framework applications for radiation oncology.
  • Lead the coding and testing of software to ensure high quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new products and features for cancer centers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software to resolve any issues in the development lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process and product architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency with C# and .NET framework.
  • Experience with Windows and WPF for desktop applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience coding in large, complex systems, ideally in radiotherapy or CAD systems.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling/visualization programming is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with medical device software development and knowledge of medical technologies like FHIR, HL7, and DICOM.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their application in software development.
