Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms
- Schedule and publish posts according to optimal posting times
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
- Collaborate with the client to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest new ideas to enhance the client's social media presence
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Creativity and adaptability to stay up-to-date with social media trends
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools
