For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager, remotely from the United States.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing project plans, overseeing operations-focused projects, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will manage resource allocation, track budgets, and proactively address potential risks and roadblocks. Your role will involve detailed business analysis, project governance, and providing senior management with regular updates to ensure project success. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans for internal coordination, including status meetings, focus groups, and steering committees.
  • Own and manage operations-focused projects, tracking progress and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, aligning tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage project governance and communicate regular project updates to senior leadership.
  • Conduct business analysis, document findings, and present solutions to project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with technology teams to obtain and provide data requirements, ensuring the success of technology-driven projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and executive presence, with a self-motivated approach to driving results.
  • Experience managing projects related to securities offerings, services, and products.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication, writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A business-level understanding of analytics and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
