The Role:
We are looking for the next Engineering Manager to join our Product and Engineering Team. This Engineering Leader will partner closely with Product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to solve member, customer, and business needs while driving increased member engagement and positive outcomes toward fertility and family-forming journeys globally.
You will guide the performance and careers of your engineers while managing the team’s execution of our roadmap, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the product team and stakeholders to shape and deliver value in alignment with our business goals.
In addition, you will provide technical direction, support the team with technical expertise, and contribute hands-on when needed. While your primary focus is leadership, you should be comfortable diving into code, reviewing designs, and unblocking engineers to drive execution. You may be asked to own the delivery of strategic efforts, balancing hands-on execution with delegation to maximize efficiency and support team growth.
You will also contribute to shaping our Engineering organization’s evolution, working alongside other Engineering Leaders owning and improving various aspects of what it means to be an effective Engineering organization at Carrot.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $180,000-$200,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
