Job Description

Creative Market is the world’s preferred one-stop shop for the creator community - a platform where creators from across the globe buy and sell digital high-quality design assets. We’re passionate about building tools and experiences that make design beautiful, effective, and accessible to everyone.

With many jobs, you have to pick between having a huge impact on the organization (small team) or having a huge impact on the world (big product), but at Creative Market - you get to do both! You get to work on a digital asset marketplace, as part of a fully remote team, that has more than 30 million quality resources created by artists in 148 countries around the world.

At Creative Market, we serve a global community and we need a diverse team to do that successfully. Women; people of colour; members of the LGBTQ+ community; and people of all backgrounds, religions, gender identities, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide an accessible candidate experience, and if you need any accommodations or adjustments throughout the interview process and beyond, please let us know. We’re dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for employees from all walks of life.

We’re building a fully remote team across Canada and the United States. We believe that creative collaboration can happen anywhere, and that working remotely shouldn’t have to mean sacrificing a sense of cohesion, community, and connection. We’ve seen that by combining thoughtful collaboration, frequent communication, and the freedom for people to be their authentic selves, you can do your best work and inspire others to do the same.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our marketplace, helping independent designers sell creative assets to a global audience. You will drive high-impact initiatives from conception to launch, iterating as you go, ensuring our marketplace serves both creators and buyers effectively.

You should have a strong track record of delivering impactful products by defining strategy, making data-informed decisions, and driving execution. You excel at leading cross-functional collaboration, setting clear priorities, and making thoughtful trade-offs that balance all user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. You’re eager to take full ownership of outcomes, continuously iterate based on insights, and communicate effectively to align teams and stakeholders.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing high-impact product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Driving marketplace growth, revenue, and retention by optimizing discovery, seller tools, and buyer engagement.
  • Defining and communicating product strategy, ensuring clarity for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Making high-impact product decisions that balance user needs, business growth, and technical feasibility.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Prioritizing effectively, setting clear goals, and ensuring focus on the most impactful work.
  • Using data and customer insights to inform decisions and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Taking full ownership of outcomes, tracking key metrics, and iterating to maximize impact.

We believe it’s important for you to have:

  • Relevant experience. You have at least 5 years previous experience in driving impact from the perspective of product management.
  • Demonstrated success owning a product from end-to-end. Driving strategy, execution, launch, and ongoing improvements using data and insights.
  • A proven ability to drive measurable business impact through strategic product decisions and execution.
  • Sharp prioritization and decision-making skills. You’re able to balance leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and strongly advocating for users.
  • A strong willingness to take initiative and drive progress. You thrive in ambiguity and complex situations.
  • Experience translating data and customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Refined project management and organizational skills. You know where all the moving parts are in the product development process at any given time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re able to convey complex concepts clearly, and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

We understand careers don’t often follow one path, and we’d love to hear how your unique experiences could benefit you in this role. In particular, we see additional value in:

  • A background in design, UX, and/or a deep appreciation for the creative process.
  • Experience working with creative tools, fonts, or digital assets.
  • Marketplace or e-commerce industry experience, especially involving independent sellers, driving user growth, conversion, and/or retention.
  • Keeping a pulse on, and applying, best practices related to search, information architecture, or content discovery.

Compensation:
