Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a fully remote setup. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and upholding our commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate & Client Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding job applications, interview scheduling, and recruitment processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address concerns from candidates and clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM or applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate and client information is up to date.
  • Follow-ups & Engagement: Proactively follow up with candidates on application progress, interview schedules, and feedback.
  • Process Coordination: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of candidate placements.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about job openings, company policies, and recruitment best practices to provide accurate information to candidates and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a high standard of customer service by adhering to company guidelines and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Client Support Specialist, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Communication & Support platforms, and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in a flexible/ changing schedule, depending on company/client needs.
