A rapidly growing real estate company, led by a visionary CEO, is seeking a highly proactive and process-driven Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an influential leader and be a key part of the company’s growth and success.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Operations Manager who can take charge and manage the daily operations of the company without constant oversight. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to make decisions autonomously in the absence of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and lead the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high standards.
• Make key operational decisions in the absence of the CEO, including managing resources and prioritizing projects.
• Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
• Create and maintain schedules, and other operational documents to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Identify and address operational issues proactively, implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and executing the company’s growth strategy and vision alongside the CEO.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Strong background in project management, process optimization, and team management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to lead operations without constant supervision.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on the company’s goals and objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement in operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the real estate industry or with real estate operations.
• Background in process improvement and workflow automation.
• Experience in managing a team and working directly with top-level executives.
• Experience in Hubspot is nice to have
