Unicorn Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our client. If you excel at managing documentation, have strong project management skills, and can effectively handle CRM systems while supporting multiple brands through a platform transition, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage documentation, contracts, and listings using Google Drive, Webforms, and REAL Broker’s reZEN platform.
  • Oversee operational tasks, including project coordination, process development, and platform transitions.
  • Maintain and update CRM workflows, ensuring smooth client and investor management.
  • Communicate with clients to coordinate tasks, track milestones, and automate review requests.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing content schedules for social media.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate operations with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, Google Drive, and real estate platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and streamlining processes efficiently.

Time Commitment & Schedule:
