Job Description

Our client is partnering with Accesa to realign their core system (based on the Microsoft products) and integrate the existing SharePoint Server into the overall solution.

As part of their strategic growth, they are undertaking a complete rewrite of their existing application to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Customization & Integration: Customize and extend M365 applications to meet business needs by leveraging Azure services, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, PowerShell
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Maintain, optimize, and improve existing M365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance is optimized.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, provide best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions are designed and implemented in compliance with organizational security standards and governance policies.
  • Testing & Deployment: Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and are free of errors before deployment.


Qualifications

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer or in a similar development role, with expertise in developing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Graph API for integrations and customizations.
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate.
  • Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Expertise with RESTful APIs and working knowledge of OAuth authentication and authorization. 
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code deployment practices.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint (SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Web Parts development) and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps understanding of cloud technologies).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of React or Angular is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Previous experience with Teams App Development and extending Teams functionality through custom apps and integrations.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 technologies: Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate or Fundamentals.
  • Understanding of Security & Compliance within the Microsoft 365 suite, including data loss prevention (DLP), governance, and auditing.
