For one of our clients, we are looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager, remotely from Colombia/Mexico.

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of over 120 customers, ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You will focus on engaging with at-risk customers to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Your role is vital to delivering personalized solutions, maximizing ROI, and playing a key role in customer retention. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll provide valuable feedback to influence product improvements and customer strategies, all while working in a remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 120+ customers across various stages of their lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage proactively with at-risk customers to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth, uncovering new expansion avenues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Launch and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions and offer personalized advice to improve customer ROI.
  • Drive feedback loops with internal teams to refine customer health metrics and product offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficient with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, and Metabase.
  • Background in B2B2C, ideally within the food, hospitality, or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections, de-escalate situations, and have impactful, solution-driven conversations.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage a pipeline, with a focus on at-risk accounts.
  • Full fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a restaurant environment.
