Enterprise Content Manager (SharePoint)

Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Enterprise Content Manager (SharePoint) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will perform their services remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Support Enterprise Content Management Platform operational activities in accordance with company’s policies and guidelines in the information and content management areas;
  • Support day-to-day business and operational and content management needs including creation of MS Teams, sites, workspaces, document libraries, channels, views and pages as required;
  • Support staff and external partners in undertaking content management and maintenance activities in accordance with business rules and guidelines;
  • Collaborate with content providers and internal teams to resolve business as well as technical issues;
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support in addition to offering mitigation for various content and business process related problems;
  • Design and support implementation of workflows based on Power Automate workflow templates as well as custom apps, forms and extensions;
  • Support content migrations based on ad-hoc user requests or project related migration;
  • Support improvement and enrichment of metadata term sets and taxonomies;
  • Create and configure artificial intelligence and machine teaching training models in line with business needs;
  • Support integration of the Enterprise Content Management Platform with other relevant systems and services.

Requirements

  • University degree with minimum 5 years of experience in electronic content management;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with SharePoint platform;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of Microsoft 365 platform with modern and classic pages;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with information management best practices;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with enterprise content management platforms, including their configuration and development;
  • Previous experience working in the epidemiology and/or public health sector will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
