Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and ambitious individual to join our Engineering
Implementation Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the company’s top
leadership, working on strategic initiatives and driving key development projects. You will play a
crucial role in shaping the direction of our product solutions, helping to evaluate key options
through a structured, outcome-focused approach, creating implementation plans, and ensuring
transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of
projects. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Identify and manage project risks, and handle any changes in scope or schedule,
keeping the project plan updated and reflective of authorized changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders,
ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for both internal and
external stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
- Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring they are aligned with project goals
and timelines. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a mediator between customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring
customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed. Steer customers towards
standard solutions while understanding when customizations are necessary.
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate project management tools and
techniques, ensuring that milestones are met and risks are managed effectively.
- Drive key decisions and actions needed to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across the
implementation process.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle project deliveries.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and the ability to engage in
customer-facing technical discussions. Experience in AI, Virtual Assistants, or chatbot
technologies is a huge plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, SmartSheet,
and project tracking tools like OpenAir.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Ideally, you’ve worked in a startup environment with 5-30 employees, where you can
adapt quickly and take ownership of diverse responsibilities.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with a track record
of working closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Experience managing projects with global teams and working across time zones.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage risks.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Emotional maturity and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are key

- Experience in the banking domain
- Experience with defining and tracking project KPIs.
